Terms

These terms cover your use of Verre: the website, the effects library, the exports and any paid plan. By using Verre you agree to them.

Free is free. Pro and All-Access are paid plans that renew each week, month, quarter or year, depending on the plan you pick, until you cancel. Lifetime is paid once.

You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops renewing.

All sales are final. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. Paid plans give you instant access to digital content, so before you pay you tick a box to say you want that access straight away and understand purchases are not refundable.

Payments are processed by Stripe, through Stripe Managed Payments and Link. Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase and the reseller for tax purposes, so it charges your card, works out and collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt.

Launch pricing, when it is on, is shown on the pricing page with the original price beside it. It applies to the plan you start on for as long as you keep that plan.

Do not use Verre to break the law, to copy a site's content, or to pass off someone else's work as your own. We can close accounts that do.

Verre is provided as it is. We work hard to keep the measurements accurate, but we cannot promise every number is perfect for every page.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change applies.

Privacy

We collect what we need to run Verre: your email address, your account and plan, what you save, and basic usage so we can fix problems.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email to send you one message when Verre opens. You can ask us to delete it any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe and Link, which act as merchant of record. Stripe handles your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run Verre, such as hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon), email (Resend) and payments (Stripe), and only what they need.

Your saves and collections are private unless you share a collection with your team.

We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. We set no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@verre.design.

Fair use

Verre measures motion: timing, easing, stagger and trigger. It does not hand you another site's copy, images, logos or code.

Use what you learn in your own work, in your own brand. Make it mine swaps in your colours, fonts and copy for exactly this reason.

Plans with daily limits, like captures on Free or Original downloads on All-Access, are there so the service stays fast for everyone. Please do not script around them or share one account across a team.

Verre Originals are licensed for your own projects and your clients' projects. Do not resell or redistribute the files themselves.

Credits and takedowns

Every effect in the library is credited to the site it comes from. The studios behind those sites made that work, and we say so on every effect.

Screenshots of those sites are shown only to identify the effect and its source.

If you made a site in the library and want an effect removed or a credit changed, write to hello@verre.design with the link. We will act on it quickly and confirm by email.
